Each space contains everything you need to workout, from Pull Up Rigs and Barbell Lifting stations to Kettlebells, Olympic Lifting platforms, and Specialty Bars, each space has you covered.
Pull Up Rig
Raw Sports Performance’s primary workout area features the Tower, a 12-foot tall upright section that can be used for dip stations, j-cups, safety bars, and a variety of pull up bar heights.
Professional Grade Turf
Raw Sports Performance features a professional grade athletic turf, useful for both athletic and power training. We’ve brought the outdoors inside for you to practice agility drills and plyos, as well as tire flips.
Fitness Enthusiasts – Raw Sports Performance & Center for Strength focuses on bringing all aspects of fitness to essential levels; these include functional strength, power, conditioning, and agility. Learn how to move properly while working towards long term improvement using kettlebells, weights, calisthenics, TRX, sleds, barbells, and more.
All membership options allow you access to Raw's facility to complete your programmed workout designed by Raw Sports Performance. Workouts are assisted by a Raw Sports Performance specialist, which allows you a more flexible option to using Raw's facility and programming anytime.
The Five Training Principles
Training programs are created around the five principles in training: stability/mobility, movement, strength, power and recovery. Stability and mobility is needed before beginning any program in order to become functional in movement, while movement provides the foundational support to maximize the benefits of training. Training movement patterns ensure that all exercises support the specific physical needs of athletes and individuals, while recovery provides essential regeneration of muscles, allowing the body to re-energize and prepare for the next day’s activity.
