  • Specialized Strength Training:6-Week Cycles to improve maximum power and strength
  • A scientifically designed group program (changes every week) to improve sports movement, increase performance, decrease injuries, increase your strength and your functional movement patterns!
  • Unlimited personal group coaching (a qualified trainer always present to assist you).

 

This membership is recommended if you do not have any special circumstances such as injuries or limitations which require you have a specific program designed for you.
