We offer 1-1 personal fitness training and group personal training. Our dynamic, fun, results-oriented workouts combines science based resistance training, TRX, Kettlebell training, plyometrics, core training, functional fitness and flexibility. Our experienced fitness instructors have specific education, backgrounds, and training in exercise physiology, biomechanics, sports training, functional fitness, weight loss, nutrition, and lifestyle management. Our personal trainers are trained to evaluate and assess your body for muscular imbalances and design personalized programs to fit your needs, thus maximizing your results in a safe and effective manner. Your personal trainer will provide you with the knowledge, motivation, and confidence to attain your goals, change your body, and transform your life.

Along with personal training, nutrition plays a critical role in getting your results. We can educate you on what foods to eat, how much to eat and when, how to grocery shop and eating to improve your energy. Additionally, we offer a select few nutritional items at our center to help optimize recovery, promote fat loss and energy. We also have a Holistic Health coach that we work with for more specific dietary needs.

This includes our “Optimal Recovery & Regeneration Packet,” which offers:

Monthly Personal Training:

·        $250 = 1 training session per week

·        $425 = 2 training sessions per week

·        $580 = 3 training sessions per week

**Monthly personal training includes: 2 group personal training sessions per week.

 

 ** EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) – Monthly packages* 30 days to use.
